These Terms and Conditions govern all services, products, estimates, and contractual relationships between Caliber Cabinets (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (“Client,” “Customer,” “Contractor,” or “Purchaser”). By requesting an estimate, approving drawings, issuing a purchase order, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Caliber Cabinets specializes in custom commercial cabinetry and architectural casework for:
• General Contractors
• Architects
• Businesses
• Medical, dental, and veterinary offices
• Churches
• Educational facilities
• Institutional clients
We provide fully customizable commercial cabinetry including but not limited to office cabinets, reception desks, medical casework, breakroom cabinets, lockers, kitchenettes, and related office furniture.
All products are built for commercial application and constructed to meet industry standards for durability and functionality.
All estimates provided by Caliber Cabinets:
• Are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Are based on plans, specifications, and information provided at the time of quoting
• May change if drawings, materials, or scope are modified
Pricing does not include work not specifically outlined in the written proposal.
Changes requested after estimate approval may result in additional charges.
All cabinetry is custom built per approved drawings and specifications.
Client Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate dimensions and final approved plans
• Review and approve shop drawings prior to fabrication
• Confirm material selections, finishes, and hardware
Once fabrication begins, changes may result in change orders, delays, and additional fees.
We include soft-close hinges and drawer slides unless otherwise specified.
Caliber Cabinets may pre-build cabinetry when possible to streamline installation and jobsite readiness.
Project timelines are dependent on:
• Timely client approvals
• Material availability
• Site readiness
• Access conditions
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Jobsite readiness issues
• Other subcontractors
• Force majeure events (weather, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, etc.)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• A deposit may be required before fabrication begins
• Progress payments may be required for large-scale projects
• Final payment is due upon completion or prior to delivery/installation
Payment terms are typically Net 15 or Net 30, as stated in the invoice.
Late payments may result in:
• Interest charges at the maximum rate allowed under Pennsylvania law
• Suspension of ongoing work
• Withholding of delivery or installation
All applicable local, state, and federal taxes are the responsibility of the Client unless valid exemption documentation is provided prior to invoicing.
Any deviation from the original scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties.
Change Orders may affect:
• Cost
• Production timeline
• Installation schedule
Verbal approvals are not binding.
Orders canceled after fabrication begins are subject to:
• Payment for materials ordered
• Labor costs incurred
• Restocking fees
• Administrative fees
Custom cabinetry is non-refundable once production has started.
Delivery and installation terms will be outlined in the proposal.
Client must ensure:
• Site accessibility
• Clear workspace
• Adequate lighting and utilities
• Proper jobsite conditions
Caliber Cabinets is not responsible for:
• Damage caused by other trades
• Improper site preparation
• Structural or framing deficiencies
• Moisture, humidity, or environmental damage
Client must inspect cabinetry upon delivery or installation.
Any visible defects or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product.
Caliber Cabinets warrants that cabinetry will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from installation.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or misuse
• Water damage or environmental exposure
• Alterations by third parties
• Improper maintenance
Hardware warranties may be subject to manufacturer terms.
Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
Caliber Cabinets’ liability shall not exceed the total contract amount paid for the project.
We are not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business revenue
• Project delays caused by third parties
• Jobsite injuries not directly caused by our negligence
All shop drawings, designs, renderings, and fabrication methods remain the property of Caliber Cabinets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
They may not be reproduced, shared, or used without written consent.
Clear and consistent communication is a core part of our service. All official project communication should be directed to:

Project approvals must be documented in writing.
Any dispute arising from services provided by Caliber Cabinets shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be:
• Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Filed in courts located within Western Pennsylvania
Both parties agree to attempt mediation prior to litigation when reasonable.
Caliber Cabinets shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Material shortages
• Transportation disruptions
• Labor strikes
• Government restrictions
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Caliber Cabinets from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
• Site conditions
• Third-party contractor actions
• Improper installation by others
• Misuse of cabinetry
Caliber Cabinets reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of contract signing shall govern that project.
These Terms and Conditions, along with any signed proposal or contract, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
No verbal agreements shall supersede written documentation.
